Strength training provides numerous health benefits, such as lowering the risk of heart disease and diabetes, stronger bones, better brain health and mood, and improved self-esteem.


A mix of cardiovascular training, muscle resistance exercises and using a combination of free weights and gym equipment. Strong Moves is an individualised gym-based exercise class focusing on functional strengthening.

Classes are 55 minutes, 8 people per class – $28 per class prior to private health rebate, $300 for a 12 class pass or $150 for a 6 class pass
