This class is a progression of Good Moves, therefore previous history of rehab classes or pilates experience is a requirement to join this class, which also incorporates further cardio and weighted exercises.


It will target cardiovascular fitness as well as continue to use the Pilates based equipment for exercises to encourage muscle flexibility and strength. This class has a maximum capacity of 8 clients and is run like a circuit with everyone completing the same type of exercises, however it is still under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist so progressions and regressions to each exercise are available individually. Classes run for 55 minutes and run daily, Great moves comes to $25 per class prior to private health rebate.
