Using knowledge of Pilates taken by our physiotherapists’ who have done further education into the field of Pilates.

This class improves your body’s movement emphasising lengthening of the body, improving body awareness, strength and control through movement patterns. We aim to use physiotherapy techniques in strengthening to rehabilitate injuries and our Pilates skills to restore movement with the specialised apparatuses that are designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture and endurance.

An individualised program specially designed for you will be done using our unique 14 point movement assessment including a real time ultrasound to assess the connection between your lower abdominals and pelvic floor.
