In 2010, Natalie received her BSc in Physiotherapy from Curtin University. She has worked predominantly in Musculoskeletal Private Practice over the last decade, with a heavy involvement with high level sports teams or individual athletes but also loves treating the weekend Yoga enthusiast. Natalie is interested in managing and preventing injuries in athletes of all ages (in particular the adolescent and aging athletes). She believes in educating clients and implementing strength training, as well as incorporating clinical Pilates for a holistic approach with her pre and post injury programs. Natalie is currently studying Motion Metrics Running analysis to complement her sporting interests. She has completed certificates in Myofascial Trigger Point and Massage, Advanced dry needling as well as courses in shoulder and spinal physiotherapy.
Nat is passionate about educating and administering advice regarding postural related injuries and offers expert advice in ergonomics for both heavy industry and desk-based roles. She strives towards improving function at work and home, reducing pain, correcting postural dysfunction and improving the body as a whole. She has a keen interest in headaches and neck pain.
Outside of work, Nat is a keen horse rider, gym and Pilates enthusiast and general outdoors and water lover.
