Qualifications: B.Sci (Physiotherapy) Masters (Clinical Physiotherapy – Continence and Women’s Health)

Achievements: Issy completed her undergraduate degree for Physiotherapy in 2014 and in 2022, went on to complete her Masters Degree of Clinical Physiotherapy Continence and Pelvic Health at Curtin University. Issy worked a 6 month secondment in Adelaide at a specialty Pelvic Health Clinic. Here she had regular training as well as upskilling in pessary fittings for pelvic organ management in addition to advanced chronic/complex pelvic floor disorders.

Issy can help with conditions involving bowel or bladder disorders, sexual pain/dysfunction, pelvic pain disorders such as endometriosis and IBS, exercising through the woman’s life cycle including ante/postnatal care, menopausal/postmenopausal issues and functional strength training to improve power and endurance for recreational activities.

Issy has a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lumbar spine, pelvis and hips using an approach of exercise as well as hands on management and is passionate about a client leaving with a strong treatment plan and understanding of their body. You can see her on Monday Wednesday and Thursday’s at the clinic.
